The company Angela Dammholz Immobilien Estate Agent and Caretaker (Member of IVD Immobilienverband Deutschland Region Nord e.V.), founded in 1968, is a small and efficient enterprise. For more than 41 years I have been acting successfully as an agent for:

• detached houses
• semidetached houses
• row houses
• single-storey flats
• commercial properties

in and around Hamburg, e. g. Kiel/Lübeck/Nordheide.

We are focusing on acting as a broker for building sites of all kinds and sizes,
and we also take care of the project development and preparation.

Moreover, we are dealing with renovation of old buildings, the building and administration of rented apartments.
